We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and EN 301 549, the US ADA, and comparable accessibility laws.
Conformance status
We are actively working toward full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance. Parts of this site and platform substantially meet that standard; we have not yet completed an independent, site-wide audit, so we describe our current status as "partially conformant" and are remediating on an ongoing basis.
Measures we already take include semantic HTML, labelled form fields, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus states, sufficient colour contrast, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
Known limitations
Some complex, animated, or data-dense dashboard components may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA, and some third-party embedded content (for example, live chat, payment, or analytics widgets) is outside our direct control. We are prioritising fixes and welcome reports of any barriers you encounter.
