Secure financial institutions with face recognition, ATM surveillance, branch analytics, and fraud prevention through intelligent video monitoring.
Deep dive into our industry specific capabilities and approach.
Financial institutions require the highest levels of physical security, with stringent regulatory requirements for video surveillance, evidence retention, and audit compliance. Visylix provides banks, credit unions, and financial service providers with an AI-powered video management platform that covers branch security, ATM surveillance, vault monitoring, and customer analytics. Our platform meets the demanding requirements of financial regulators while delivering business intelligence that improves customer service.
ATM security is a critical focus area where Visylix excels. Our AI models detect skimming device installation, shoulder surfing, and suspicious loitering around ATM vestibules. When a threat is identified, the system instantly alerts security operations and can trigger automated responses such as activating additional lighting or locking vestibule doors. For branch security, face recognition identifies known offenders and VIP customers alike, enabling both enhanced security and personalized banking experiences.
Compliance is built into every aspect of the Visylix banking solution. Video recordings are stored with tamper-evident encryption and configurable retention periods meeting regulatory requirements that can extend to seven years or more. Complete audit trails document every access to recorded video, and automated reports can be generated for regulatory examinations. Customer flow analytics also help branch managers optimize teller scheduling, reduce wait times, and improve the overall banking experience.

Visylix detects ATM skimming device installation, shoulder surfing, and suspicious loitering in real time. For branches, face recognition identifies known offenders and VIP customers. All 22 AI models reduce false alarms as models calibrate to each environment.
Yes. Visylix provides tamper-evident encrypted video storage with retention periods up to seven years or more, complete audit trails for every video access, and automated regulatory compliance reporting. It is 100% on-premise with zero cloud dependency and supports air-gapped deployment.
Yes. Visylix provides customer flow analytics, teller optimization recommendations, wait time monitoring, and VIP identification. These insights help branch managers understand wait times and staffing patterns, using 200+ API endpoints for integration with banking systems.
Yes. Visylix ships as a Docker image that runs on the bank’s infrastructure, including fully air-gapped environments. All 22 AI analytics and the Radha copilot execute on-premise, so branch footage and any queries about it never leave the bank network. This is the usual deployment mode where data residency rules apply.
No. Visylix holds no formal security certification today. It provides the technical controls those frameworks look for, including on-premise deployment, encryption in transit, role-based access control with 30+ permissions, configurable retention, evidence lock, and full audit logging. Certification is on the roadmap and we will not claim it before it exists.
Yes. Sudarshan rules can require both a video condition and an access-control condition before firing, so a door opening without a matching badge event can raise an alert while an ordinary authorised entry does not. Conditions can be ordered into sequences, and rules can be dry-run against historical footage before going live.
Loitering, intrusion, tailgating, abandoned object, and camera tamper detection all run on the same streams already being recorded, with detection zones set per camera and per model. Tamper detection builds a per-camera baseline and adapts to that specific view, which matters for unattended locations where nobody notices a moved or obscured camera.
Per plan, not per camera or per branch. Adding cameras or branches does not increase the licence cost, which is the main structural difference from VMS vendors that charge per channel. Plans start at $49 per month, with Enterprise quoted per deployment, and branches can be federated into a central view while each keeps recordings locally.
