Aptibit operates no cloud service today, so push delivery is an open design question rather than a shipped capability. Whatever ships would either use credentials you supply or a relay we would have to build and announce first.
Video never leaves your VMS. The app connects directly to your on-premise instance over TLS. Push payloads contain only event metadata and deep links, never raw video frames. Biometric unlock on first launch, automatic session timeout.
The intended shape is a severity-coded alerts screen with snapshot thumbnails, a filter for unacknowledged items, and one-tap acknowledge, single or bulk. None of it is shipped. Today the responsive web interface provides the same triage from a mobile browser.

Alerts available today reach you through email, HMAC-signed webhooks (Slack, Teams, PagerDuty), MQTT, and in-app notifications, none of which depend on a Visylix-operated cloud.
That is the design intent: connect to any Visylix instance you run, including on-premise and air-gapped. Nothing is shipped yet, so treat this as the plan rather than a capability you can buy today. The responsive web interface already works this way from a mobile browser.
No feature set is committed, because nothing has shipped. The scope under consideration is live view, an alerts screen, camera details, bookmarks and basic PTZ, with talkback, evidence locks and case sharing considered for higher tiers. None of it is contracted, and none of it should be relied on in a procurement decision.
Not from an app, because there is no app yet. You can acknowledge alerts today from the Visylix web interface, which is fully responsive and works in a mobile browser, and acknowledgement syncs with your on-premise VMS either way.
Not today. White-label branding currently covers the web interface (logo, favicon, per-deployment branding, API-managed). A branded mobile app is not offered, since the app itself is not available.
