Refund & Cancellation

Visylix is a subscription-based software platform operated by Aptibit Technologies Private Limited. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions can be cancelled and when refunds are available. It should be read together with our Terms of Service. Payments for customers in India are processed securely through Razorpay.

- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. - Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. - Applicable taxes are added as required by law. - Free trials, where offered, do not require payment until the trial converts to a paid plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the platform dashboard or by contacting info@aptibit.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund applies under Section 4, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you retain access until then.

A full refund of your most recent payment is available if you cancel within three (3) calendar days of that payment. - Refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. - After the 3-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly granted by Aptibit Technologies at its sole discretion. - If we discontinue or materially reduce the Service, we will provide a prorated refund for the prepaid, unused portion of your subscription.

To request a refund within the eligible window, email info@aptibit.com from the address associated with your account, including your account details and the payment reference. We will acknowledge your request and, if eligible, initiate the refund through Razorpay. We aim to process eligible refund requests within 7 business days of approval.
